Campus Facilities

IIU’s purpose-built campus, set within 82 acres of landscaped grounds, is located in Putra Nilai, just 45 minutes from Kuala Lumpur city. The well-planned sprawling campus ensconced within an ultra-modern high-technology park environment boasts of state-of-the art facilities and technologies. IIU provides all necessary facilities and amenities for an environment that is conducive as students immerse themselves in their education within a cross-cultural learning experience.

From counselling, scholarships, cutting-edge facilities and laboratories to a multimedia Learning Resource Centre and an Olympics-sized swimming pool, the campus stimulates and inspires students to be the best they can be.

Teaching and Learning Facilities
Classrooms and lecture halls are equipped with audio-visual, multimedia and computing facilities to facilitate student learning, while the library is a gateway to a comprehensive collection of books, journals, periodicals, student projects and other related publications. Additionally, students also have access to online digital libraries from leading providers.

Engineering and Science Laboratories
33 well-equipped engineering workshops and laboratories; 6 science laboratories.

Computing Facilities
State-of-the-art computer facilities with Wi-Fi connection throughout, operating systems, software suites and commercial programming software in multiple IT laboratories built for project work, multimedia production, software and internet programming.

Sports and Recreational Facilities
An Olympic size swimming pool, Multi-Purpose Hall, Sports Hall, Body and Mind Fitness Centre, Skillpool, Student Activities Rooms and over 60 clubs and societies to choose from. Sporting arenas such as squash, basketball, table-tennis, badminton, volleyball and soccer are available for students.

Extra-Curricular Activities

Students are encouraged to participate in the various activities organised by the numerous clubs and associations, which cater to a wide variety of interests, ranging from the arts and literature to the sciences, music and sports.

Students are also encouraged to utilise the various facilities available including the track fields, squash courts, gym and swimming pool.

Every undergraduate and graduate student is also automatically enrolled in the student union, which gives every student a stake and say in student related facilities and activities.

Career Placements & Counseling

With INTI being part of the Laureate International Universities network, employability has become one of INTI’s core brand promises and one such initiative is the Enrolment to Employment (E2E) programme. This market-driven initiative complements the INTI Education Group’s emphasis on career-focused courses, internationalism and 21st century quality.

The Career and Counselling Centre (CCC) provides career-related services with an emphasis on enhancing students’ employability and exploring career and internship opportunities, for both local and international students. This provides students with a strong foundation and relevant soft skills that will help ensure that they are better prepared for the employment market.

The CCC also runs the Peer Support and Peer Interact Society, where volunteer students help their fellow college mates in dealing with their issues and problems. A programme called Peer Tutor is specifically for students who require peer support and guidance in their studies.
