The Subang Avenue

All INTI undergraduates are offered college accommodation for a maximum of 2 semesters. Please note that overall, rent in college-owned property is substantially lower than commercial rates.

• My Place Apartments

  My Place Apartments Just two minutes away from the College and the room are allowed on triple or twin-sharing basis. Student housing is located in and around the Subang Jaya campus. These generally consist of three-bedroom apartments with each having a lounge, dining area, kitchen and a balcony as well as two shared bathrooms.

• INTI Residence @ Subang Avenue

  INTI International College Subang remains a popular choice for students seeking quality education and the experience of a city campus life. International and local students who choose to pursue their studies at INTI Subang can easily find suitable accommodation in the vicinity of the College through the assistance of the Accommodation Office. INTI Residence @ Subang Avenue is conveniently located within walking distance from the campus with free shuttle service provided to and from college. Situated beside Carrefour Subang Jaya and Subang Parade, it provides easy accessibility to public amenities such as commuter trains, buses, taxis, eateries and shopping complexes. Rooms are allotted on twin-sharing basis with limited single rooms available. Preference is given to outstation and international students.

  At INTI Residence @ Subang Avenue, students will also enjoy the following facilities: • Swimming pool • Sauna • Gymnasium • Indoor park • Mini market • Cafeteria • 24-hour security

  General Information • A Resident Fellow is appointed to oversee the affairs and needs of the apartment residents. Apartment Representatives (from each apartment) are also appointed to assist the Resident Fellow with the apartment residents’ affairs. • Students will need to bring their own pillows, pillowcases, bed sheets and blankets. • Basic amenities within the apartment units will be maintained by the College.

• Reservation Procedures

  1. Please complete the Accommodation form which you may obtain at Accommodation Office or click here (On-Campus Residence form or ‘My Place Apartments’ form ). 2. Indicate clearly your preference in the box printed in the form. 3. Accommodation Office will confirm with the students regarding the availability of the room within three days. 4. Students MUST pay RM600 deposit (MY PLACE APTS) or RM1500 deposit ( SUBANG AVENUE RESIDENCE ) 5. Students are required to settle the full rent within a week after the booking date according to the type of room rented. 6. Accessibility

Subang Jaya can be accessed via the Federal Highway, the New Pantai Expressway or the Kesas Highway. The adjoining Jalan Kewajipan is currently being improved and upgraded to include a dual carriageway to cater the traffic needs in the area, linking Kesas, NPE, and NKVE. Kindly take note that you must be picked up by our representative at the airport in order to obtain clearance from the Immigration checkpoint at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport / LCC Terminal.
