Student Name Testimonial Ng Paik San My initial objective to take up the SCU INTI MBA Program is just to secure my part-time lecturing position because being a mother for a 5 years old daughter, I really hope to spend more time for my family. However, after completing the entire course, this wonderful high quality program has given me more than what I have initially expected. It opened up my business knowledge arena, filled me with an international business networking system as well as ample management skills and strategies. Ling Pu Kiang The lecturers here are professional and smart. They also present a high level standard of teaching skills. Many of my classmate are from different countries, its like a big family! No matter how big the world is, I have the chance to look for a job anywhere around the world because I gained my overseas university degree at local school. in INTI College is really amazing. INTI is just like a bridge, providing me the way to the future. Liu Jian Jun Despite very experienced lecturers, class discussion, research in library or via internet are the major parts of my MBA life in INTI College Sarawak . I have been losing weight every semester for the cause to improve my skills such as critical thinking, management analysis and report writing. Four day upon my graduation, I landed myself with a managerial position from a prestigious international organization in Beijing . The MBA degree is the main factor for the quick decision from the top management here. Julian Jong Undertaking this MBA course was a challenge and an eye-opener. It has given me the opportunity to observe things at a different angle. Taking the course the “traditional” way (classroom lectures, as opposed to online learning) allowed me to meet up with new friends and to have face-to-face discussions, sounds strange coming from an IT person, huh? It has been a challenging 2 years - taking time off from work to finish up assignments, revise and sit for exams. But going up the podium to receive the scroll after all this is overwhelming and it worth the effort. Mervyn Koh Weng Onn SCU MBA Program has provided me with a quality educational experience in timely and flexible manner. It also equipped me with the knowledge and skill sets necessary to advance my career to the next level when I return to the work force. -
Cambridge A-Level
Student Name Testimonial Chai Ching Sieng Achieving straight As had always been my dream, not an easy one especially when I’m taking both AS and A2 in one school. Thankfully, I did it in INTI. I would like to express my heartiest gratitude to my lecturers and staff in INTI who were so supportive throughout the A-Level Program. Studying in INTI is a pleasant experience as lessons are conducted in small classes and the learning environment is friendly and comfortable. Provided with a variety of facilities such as library, science laboratories, and cafeteria, students like me can study with no worries. Besides regular classes, we received frequent practical sessions and intensive revision to ensure that we are fully prepared for the examination. Thanks to INTI, now I can continue to pursue my aspiration and contribute to the society. Cindy Kueh Hui San My first impression of INTI College Sarawak was the helpful counselor who recommended several study options to me during the recruitment drive in May 2005. I decided to take up the Cambridge A-Level course and because of my good SPM results, I was offered the Freshmen Merit Scholarship by the College. In the one and a half year of studying here, I found that the College has excellent facilities and provides a very conductive environment for learning. Among them is the spacious and well-stocked library which I found to be an ideal place for doing revision before exams. Another is the science laboratory where I spent more than 4 hours every week as a science student. The fully equipped laboratory and helpful laboratory assistant helped to instill our interest in lessons and led us to accomplish many successful experiments. I also think that the support and willingness of the lecturers here to assist students should not go unmentioned. Their dedication to their work and the well being of the students is beyond my expectation; they really care about their students on an individual level and are always willing to help. It’s a wonderfully supportive academic environment. Most lecturers are very intelligent. The smaller classes of 20 students at the INTI College Sarawak enable the lecturers to give me individual attention whenever I need it. Having now completed my A-Level, I intend to pursue a bachelor degree in medicine and surgery at the International Medical University (IMU) In Kuala Lumpur. INTI College Sarawak has provided me a channel to further my study and I am one step closer to my future goal Wong Yii Ching As the first batch of the A-Level programme at INTI, I’ve gained a vast amount of valuable knowledge and experience. Being in a small class, I have been able to receive individual attention from lecturers which have been a definite advantage on my studies. Classroom interaction is always at its finest among the students and lecturers. Besides that, I’m very grateful because I have been provided with lecturers who are knowledgeable, compassionate and dedicated in helping their students succeed. They really care and take the time to provide the information and guidance that I needed to clear my doubts on my studies. Learning materials and notes which are well organised, brief and compact are distributed time to time by the lecturers. All in all, the learning environment is great and the quality of education is just excellent! Judy Song Yueh Ling I’m currently a student in University of Hull , UK studying Bachelor of law (LLB).
