Accreditation

Accreditation is essential to ensure that every institution of higher education meets with the levels of quality set by the governing bodies. All INTI programmes are approved by the Ministry of Higher Education upon recommendation by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), an entity established by an Act of Parliament. The majority of the programmes have received full accreditation; some have provisional accreditation and a minimal have achieved minimum standard. INTI International College Penang (IICP) also adheres to stringent quality standards set by external accreditation bodies and through membership in professional associations worldwide.

Student Achievements

We encourage our students to participate in both national level and international competitions, the latter of which has become even more wide with INTI now being part of the Laureate network which has a presence in 20 countries. Among the recent achievements include :

	Ooi Beng Lee was awarded the Hull-INTI Scholarship in 2005, to pursue the M.Eng in Electronic Engineering at the University of Hull.
	(2007) Leong Pei Hua, was awarded the Australian National University Engineering Scholarship to pursue the B.Eng(Electrical Electronic Engineering), while Lim Bee Jin was awarded Golden Jubilee Scholarship in 2005 by the University of New South Wales.

The INTI Education Group has one of the largest faculties in Malaysia, with 90 members who hold University posts (with or without college duties), more than 35 who hold teaching or research positions in colleges or centres, and numerous academically active visiting, retired and honorary members.
